Mehmood Khan, MD

Prior to starting IPHA, Dr. Khan was a hospitalist Practice Group Leader with IPC Healthcare from April, 2009 until December, 2015. He also served as the Vice Chief of Medicine at Christus Santa Rosa at Westover Hills in 2017. Dr. Khan completed the Hospitalist Leader Fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco in 2014.

Dr. Khan graduated from medical school at Zia Uddin Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan in 2002. He then completed an Internship at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Odessa, Texas. His Internal Medicine Residency was at the Meharry Medical College Program in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Khan is Certified in the American Board of Internal Medicine.
